Camping at GRCA Conservation Areas
The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) preserves thousands of hectares of forests and wildlife habitat areas. The most beautiful lands have been turned into a system of 12 Conservation Areas that see more than 1 million visitors each year. Eight of these parks have camping, with more than 2,700 campsites in total - second only to the provincial park system. Click here for information about all GRCA parks, or to reserve a campsite on-line.

On the River (Fishing/Canoeing/Tubing)
Through the work of the GRCA and its partners, the river has become a featured attraction for outdoor activities. For anglers, the benefits include a wide diversity of fish populations (82 species, representing 50% of the total species in Canada), and the world renowned fly fishing opportunities in the Fergus/Elora and Brantford areas.
